Hello! Today I have a project that is for the current Lawn Fawn Challenge #190 - Anything But A Card.
I decided that I would use the Heart Pouch Die. This was the first time I used it since buying it a little over a year ago and I wish I would have played with it earlier.
I cut my pouches out of an older patterned paper called Ivy Remix. I used a 12" x 12" piece so I was able to get two complete boxes out of each piece. Once I had my pouches assembled, I thought that I would vellum heart to break up the plaid and have a nice background for my colored images. I used the Lacy Heart Stackable die to cut them out.
I used the Elephant Parade and Elephant Parade Add On stamp and die sets. My images are colored with Copic markers in the following colors:
- BG01, BG53, BG45
- R00, R11
- C0, C1, C3
- YG01, YG03
I used the Lawn Fawn white Hemp Twine to close the pouches.
I think what I like about these little pouches is that you could make quite a few pretty quickly if you had an event or shower that you wanted to make favors for. No Grand-babies in my future as of yet, but we remain hopeful!
Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you found some inspiration from this post. Have a great day!!!
Sandy
