Hello again! I spent this cold snowy Colorado afternoon making this cute little shaker card with some fun dinosaur images from Trinity Stamps T-riffic stamp and die set.
For the background, I used the Desert Canyon Background die set by Lawn Fawn. Rather than use the die as a cut out, I used the cut out as a stencil so I could make it a solid background - if that makes sense. I plan on doing a video soon showing how I did it. The background was ink blended using Prize Ribbon, Tumbled Glass, Tea Dye and Vintage Photo Distress Oxide Inks.
For the front of my card, I used the palm tree dies from Lawn Fawn's Hammock and Trees die set. I used two different colors of green cardstock for the palm fronds and a medium brown cardstock for the tree trunks.
The foreground was cut using the Stitched Hillside Border die from Lawn Fawn. For the coloring on the foreground, I used white cardstock ink blended with Tea Dye and Vintage Photo Distress Oxide Inks.
The two little dinosaurs and the sentiment are from the Trinity Stamps T-riffic stamp and die set. They were colored with Copic markers in the following colors:
- R17, R27, R39 - Hearts
- YR20, YR21, YR23, YR24, YR27 - Triceratops
- YG61, YG63, G21, G24 - Brontosaurus
