Hi there friends! It was a productive weekend for me after such a long time out of my craft room this month. I could make Halloween cards year round. This card was created for the current Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #155- Make a 3-D Card or Project. This one was pretty quick because I already had the elements colored and cut out,
I cut the Platform Pop Up card from some orange paper from the Knit Picky Fall Petite Paper Pack from a few years ago. I had a goal at the beginning of the year to start using some of my patterned paper and while I used a good amount, it didn't really make a dent. I cut the Platform Pop Up Cloud Wrap out of gray Let I Shine Starry Sky Petite Paper Pack. I cut and trimmed a piece from the Stitched Tree Borders from Storm Cloud Cardstock to fit the Cloud Wrap.
I glued a piece of grass cut from the Platform Pop Up set on each of the three tabs on the platform. On the furthest row, I glued three trees cut from the Scalloped Treat Box Haunted House. On the second and middle row, I glued a piece of the Spooky Fence Border. I left the front tab with just the grass so I could add the colored elements from the stamp set Costume Party. I also added some bats from Fangtastic Friends and Fangtastic Friends Add On. I glued little acetate strips to the bats so they could take flight.
I stamped the sentiment from Simply Fall Sentiments. I wrapped the box with pieces of the Spooky Fence Border and a couple of trees from the Scalloped Treat Box Haunted House.
This was a fun little card to make. I hope you found some inspiration. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have an amazing day!
Sandy
