Hello! Every time I hear this song I think of Christmas Vacation when Clark is thinking about the swimming pool he is going to put in his backyard. I don't know about you, but our family has watched that movie at least 25 times. It is definitely a classic in our household.
This card was created for Lawn Fawnatic's Challenge #160 - Inspired By Your Favorite Holiday Movie Or Song.
There wasn't much to this card. I used Range Distress Oxide Inks and stencils for the background. For the sand, I used the Hillside Stencils with Tea Dye and Vintage Photo. The waves were created with the the Ocean Wave Stencil and Tumbled Glass. The sunset was a blend of Mustard Seed, Spiced Marmalade and Picked Raspberry.
The beach house is the Build A House and the Build A House Beach Add On. I used White Woodgrain Cardstock and used Copic markers to color in the window and door frames and shutters. The Christmas lights and wreath are from the Build A House Christmas Add On. The palm tree is the Christmas Palm Tree.
I used Henry Jr's ABC's for the sentiment. It is heat embossed with gold embossing powder.
